Deodorization & Sterilization Technology

The deodorization and sterilization utilizes a dual-mode approach combining high-frequency micro-shockwave atomization technology with ultra-high-order photo-water ionization deodorization technology.

Ultra-High-Order Photo-Water Ionization Deodorization System

The ultra-high-order photo-water ionization deodorization system employs nano-ceramic catalyst technology and low-frequency, ultra-wide-spectrum ultraviolet driving technology. It operates on a wide voltage range of 185V-255V. The low-frequency operating frequency is 230Hz, eliminating flicker during installation. It has a low start-up temperature and can operate normally in temperatures above -25°C. Its service life exceeds 30,000 hours.

High-Frequency Micro-Shockwave Atomization Principle

The high-frequency micro-shockwave atomization principle produces mist particles with a diameter of less than 5μm, ensuring uniform particle size and long-term suspension in the air. The mist outlet at the top of the machine offers both direct spray and pipe connection interfaces. The wall-mounted version has a built-in 5-liter deodorizing concentrate tank; the cabinet version has a built-in 25-liter deodorizing concentrate tank. (The inlet door has a lock) The water inlet can be directly connected to a tap water pipe for automatic water filling.

Solution Mixing System

The solution mixing system uses a corrosion-resistant peristaltic pump for precise dosing. It is equipped with corrosion-resistant silicone infusion tubing and a built-in silent brushless motor. The system automatically mixes/blends the deodorizing concentrate and tap water. The ratio is adjustable from 1:10 to 1:999. A built-in water flow meter accurately calculates the water volume and automatically calculates the required amount of deodorizing solution based on the set ratio. The standard atomization rate is 18 liters/hour. The atomization rate can be adjusted on the controller to adapt to different site conditions. (The atomization rate is expandable, up to a maximum of 36 liters/hour.) The equipment uses an integrated atomizing component and is equipped with a water shortage protection device for automatic detection. It automatically alarms and shuts down when water is low to prevent dry burning. It also has an automatic alarm function to indicate insufficient deodorizing solution. It features a water temperature monitoring function for the atomizing chamber; when the temperature drops below zero degrees Celsius, it automatically protects itself, stopping atomization to prevent dry burning.

Main Unit Configurations
Wall-Mounted Main Unit

The wall-mounted main unit uses a dedicated waterproof and corrosion-resistant misting fan. During operation, there is no mechanical vibration, no noise interference, and no pollution. It boasts high atomization efficiency, low failure rate, and low energy consumption.

Cabinet-Style Main Unit

The cabinet-style main unit uses an ultra-quiet air-purifying inverter integrated unit. It employs three-layer shielding technology and a honeycomb sound-absorbing structure, with built-in precision sound-absorbing cotton and sound-absorbing holes for efficient noise reduction and vibration damping; a DC inverter motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor ensure high efficiency and energy saving; and a built-in 304 stainless steel primary filter and HEPA high-efficiency filter ensure efficient purification. It allows for stepless speed adjustment, adjusting the mist delivery distance and visibility.

Expandability

It can be expanded with a 4G wireless transmission module, enabling remote network monitoring of the equipment's operating status and remote control. The APP displays whether the concentrate tank and atomizing chamber are low on liquid; it also displays the current atomization volume and allows for adjustment; if the equipment is connected to a gas detection component, it can display the current ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and odor index.

Expandable environmental monitoring components enable real-time monitoring of ambient air quality (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, odor, temperature, humidity), with ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and odor levels displayed on the control panel. Expanding the environmental gas monitoring components allows for联动 (interlocking) functionality; if the odor index exceeds a set value, an enhanced atomization mode is automatically activated.

Intelligent Controller

The controller uses a programmable logic controller (PLC), a 7-inch color touchscreen, and a reserved RS485 communication interface. It features an automatic screen lock function: the control panel automatically locks after prolonged inactivity to prevent unauthorized operation. Working time setting function: Working modes can be set by week or day; four working time periods can be set per day. Intermittent atomization can be set within each time period. Spraying time and stop time can be set in minutes for precise and flexible operation. The delay time of the misting fan is adjustable (minimum 0 minutes, maximum 500 minutes). Built-in self-resetting over/under voltage automatic protection device and leakage protection device.

High-Frequency Piezoelectric Transducer Module

All components, including the high-frequency piezoelectric transducer module, are made of special corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life. The high-frequency piezoelectric transducer module employs a wide-voltage, high-frequency micro-shockwave atomizing device, with constant power within a 36-45VDC voltage range and adjustable mist output within a 24-36VDC voltage range. It features reverse connection protection, automatic shutdown over 50V, and automatic shutdown over 50°C liquid temperature, with automatic power adjustment based on temperature. It also includes a highly corrosion-resistant capacitive water shortage protection system. Each circuit has an independent constant current protection circuit. Operating status indicators include LEDs for normal, water shortage, over-temperature, and over-voltage. The quartz glass atomizer is 25mm in diameter and oscillates at a frequency of 1.7MHz.

Installation & Materials

It can be installed in either a wall-mounted or freestanding cabinet configuration. The device uses 304 stainless steel with a baked enamel finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and conforming to the "active free radical ultrasonic atomizing deodorization device" technology for efficient and effective deodorization.

Working Principle

The high-frequency piezoelectric transducer module generates a cavitation effect in the deodorizing liquid. When cavitation bubbles collapse, besides generating heat and light, the remaining portion transforms the liquid into mist particles with a diameter of 1-5 micrometers in the form of micro-shock waves. Through an internal ultra-high-order photo-water ion gas propulsion device, these mist particles are diffused into the air with the ionized gas flow. Photo-water ion purification factors adhere to the mist particles and are released into the space, actively decomposing indoor pollutants and sterilizing, thus comprehensively purifying the air. These photo-water ion purification factors are completely reduced to natural substances, without secondary pollution. The deodorizing liquid (ecological liquid) simultaneously adsorbs, reacts with, and decomposes odor-causing gases in the air, achieving the effect of odor removal. During atomization, a large number of negative ions are released into the air; the coagulation effect of these negative ions adsorbs dust particles in the air, achieving the purpose of air purification.
